2 Amanuenses for the ICES Industry Network at the Department of Mechatronics.

Located at Brinellvägen 83, the mechatronics and embedded control systems Department is focused on the development of methods and tools for model-based design, development of advanced mechatronic systems, architecture design and safety. The Mechatronics department also hosts the ICES industry network with 30+ members. The Mechatronics department is also involved in the operation of the Digital Innovation Hub on Industrial Digitalization, DIHID.

Job description

The important part of the job is to support community building and member engagement activities. That means that you, together with the ICES Team, will plan and organize events, seminars and education for the ICES members. It also includes creating content for social media, contributing to monthly newsletters and interacting with external partners.

Qualifications
It is positive if applicants are enrolled for education on bachelor or master level on Embedded Systems, Mechatronics or the System Control and Robotics Program at KTH.

You should have a good understanding of the Swedish Industry and the Innovation ecosystem.

Familiar with the functionality of Facebook Pages, LinkedIn and MailChimp. It’s also an extra advantage if you could edit images and produce simple movies. 

Fluent in English, especially written.
